ÖSD Certificate B1 tests the ability to use the language in everyday and work situations that deal with familiar topics and areas of personal interest. The ÖSD Certificate B1 exam is also offered in modules, i.e. the reading, listening, writing and speaking modules can be taken independently of each other at different times. The examination is published jointly with the Goethe-Institut and is offered both for learners aged 16 and over and in a variant for young people aged 12 and over (= ÖSD Zertifikat B1 / Jugendliche).
